This delicious brioche with the scent of butter and the taste of home-made praline delights gourmets.
The praline is made from almonds from Valencia and hazelnuts from Piedmont, pinkened and ground. This moist “upmarket” brioche is made with praline almonds. Praluline is now exported throughout France and also worldwide.

From a recipe going back to time immemorial and some ingredients of which are kept secret, the Charlieu Andouille consists of pork meat, heart, red wine and a subtle mixture of spices.
It can keep for several weeks hung in a cool cellar, where it will take time naturally to mature and intensify in flavour.
